Season Passholder Reservation Instructions

You have a Season Pass ID card for 2020/2021.

  • Pick a Park button above.
  • If you have already purchased a season pass, you will need your season pass ID number available. Your 14-digit pass ID number can be found on the back of your season pass card.
  • You may enter a quantity up to 8 guests. Select an available visit date and arrival time for your group. Continue through checkout to confirm your reservation.

You have purchased a Season Pass (or have a payment plan in good standing), but do not have a Season Pass ID card.

  • If you have not yet processed your season pass, you will need your order confirmation sent via email after your purchase. To make a reservation, you will use the unique 14-digit number located directly below the barcode on your Print@Home Ticket.
  • Then follow the reservation steps outlined above.

I have a Platinum Pass from another Cedar Fair Park – how do I make a reservation at Schlitterbahn?

  • We are excited to host Platinum Passholders from one of our fellow Cedar Fair Parks. At Schlitterbahn our redemption process is a little different.
  • Please fill out this form and we will help secure your reservation. Our team will work with you to try and accommodate your schedule, but will be based on reservation availability.

 

Detailed Season Pass Reservation Information

  • Go to Season Pass Reservations.
  • If you have already purchased a season pass, you will need your ID number in order to place a reservation. Your pass ID number can be found on the back of your season pass card. If you have not yet processed your season pass, you will need your order confirmation sent via email after your purchase. To make a reservation, you will use the unique 14 digit number located directly below the barcode on your Print@Home Ticket.
    • Each passholder in your party will require a reservation prior to visiting the park. Please have your season pass ID number available make an advanced reservation. As a passholder, there is no fee associated with securing a reservation.
  • Enter your season pass ID number (14-digit number under the barcode) and Last Name in Pass Lookup section.
  • Enter the quantity of Season Passes complimentary reservations you’re requesting.
  • Click on Select Date/Time under the Season Pass Single Day Reservation.
  • Select an available time and date.
  • Review your requested reservation in the cart. If everything looks accurate, click “Checkout.”
  • A reservation confirmation screen will appear, plus soon thereafter you will receive a print at home voucher via email. These will ensure your reservation was processed.
  • Upon entry into the park on your reserved day and time of visit, you must present your valid 2020 Season Pass ID card in conjunction with your complimentary season pass reservation voucher.

Season Pass Park Entry Information

On the day of your visit, you must present your valid 2020 Season Pass ID card in conjunction with your reservation voucher.

  • For the first two weeks of park opening, reservations will be offered to season passholders. In an effort to accommodate all of our loyal passholders, only one reservation and subsequent visit will be allowed during this 2-week time-frame. Starting July 1st, one (1) reservation can be made per week until further notice. Please note, the admissions team will periodically review passholder reservations. If you or anyone attached to your passholder account has more than one reservation during a restricted visit time-frame, additional reservations are subject to automatic cancellation. You will be notified by email if your reservation is canceled due to violation of our limited capacity visitation policy.
  • We recommend planning your visit in advance so that you reserve one (1) time and date for your group that best accommodates your schedule. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time-frame as we adjust our capacity and operating hours as a result of new governmental guidelines, safety measures and operational procedures.

Do Season Passholders need a reservation to visit the park?

Yes, all guests including season passholders are required to make a reservation prior to visiting the park. The first two weeks of park opening reservations will be offered to season passholders. Go to Season Pass Reservations.

Am I able to now make multiple reservations?

We are happy to announce passholder visitation limits have now been lifted. Feel free to plan multiple trips to your favorite spot under the sun. Just be kind and cancel your reservation if your schedule changes.

What are the 2020 passholder benefits?

All Schlitterbahn passes come with additional exclusive perks! This season all discounts will be offered exclusively through online coupons. Benefits will be updated throughout the season, so be sure to check back.

Due to limited capacity, the Bring-A-Friend Half-Off benefit is temporarily suspended until further notice. If we’re unable to extend these perks this season, those benefits will roll over to 2021.

Do Season Passholders get any priority in making reservations?

A larger percentage of reservations will be allotted to season passholders on a daily basis.

When you open are you going to have some Season Passholders only days?

Yes, we will open first to Season Passholders for the first two (2) weeks of operation.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures - for you, our other guests, and our ambassadors. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting the park. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

If you are exhibiting any COVID-19-related symptoms, you should not enter or remain in the park.
